Woll Championship 2011

The Woll Golf Club Championship saw one of its largest entries this year with more members than ever before trying to qualify for the finals in three sections.  The finals day itself was held on Saturday the 25th of June with some hard fought battles decideding the outcome.

The overall Champion was Gary Lackie who played and won a 36 hole final against Alistair Gillie.  The match swung both ways but Gary finally secured victory on the 36th hole.

The B Class Final was won by James Nelson and the C Class was won by Sandy Bell.

The Ladies Championship which was being played for only the second time  was won by Janis Cambridge
